Founded by Suzuki Fumiko, FUMIHEALING: is a Japanese-style deep lymph care practice and school now rooted in Uzbekistan. With over 17 years of experience as a practitioner and educator in Japan, Fumiko brings a philosophy of balance — not force, not mere relaxation, but true structural harmony.

What Makes Us Different
Most approaches simply drain lymph. We balance the structure first — muscles, posture, breathing — so the body flows naturally on its own.
Superficial massage brings temporary relief. Deep lymph care addresses the root cause: muscle tension and structural imbalance that block the flow.
We combine lymph drainage (area work) with shiatsu (point work) to create lasting change — not just a moment of ease, but a new bodily state.
